TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions outline the agreement between the client and the practitioner. By booking an appointment you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these policies.
1. BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. If you decide to cancel or choose not to go ahead for any reason, the booking fee with be retained. Book only when you’re sure.
All treatments must be paid for on the day of your appointment before we begin the treatment. You can pay via bank transfer, card, apple pay or cash. Failure to provide payment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the booking fee. Before booking an appointment it is important to make sure that you are able to commit.
3. TIMINGS
Arrive on time and plan ahead to avoid delays. If you are early, please wait in your car until your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled and forfeit the booking fee.
4. NO GUESTS POLICY
Appointments are strictly for clients only. Children, pets and additional guests cannot be accommodated. This policy is non-negotiable for safety, hygiene and insurance reasons.
5. TOP UP APPOINTMENTS
Clients receiving the full permanent makeup service are entitled to one complimentary top up.This must be booked within 12 weeks of the initial session, after this time an additional charge will apply.
6. POST TREATMENT COMMUNICATION
Detailed aftercare is provided. Please refer to this throughout your healing process. There’s no need to check in between appointments. In the rare event of an allergic reaction, seek medical advice and notify me so I can update your records.
7. RESPONSE TIMES
Messages will be responded to within 48 hours Monday - Friday.
8. DISCLAIMER
I reserve the right to refuse service if:
• You appear unsure, unprepared, or unable to make a confident decision.
• Pre-care or aftercare instructions are not followed.
• A medical condition is disclosed at the last minute that affects suitability.
• Disrespecful language or inappropriate behaviour is used.
9. REFUND POLICY
No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
10. PHOTOS AND CONSENT
Before and after photos are taken for record keeping and for marketing purposes. During your consultation, you’ll be asked for permission to use images, if you’d prefer them to be cropped or kept private your decision will be fully respected. Not all images are shared - only a select few are chosen to showcase my work.
11. AGE POLICY
While 18 is the legal requirement to receive a cosmetic tattoo, as a responsible artist I work with clients aged 25 and over because I care about long term results and emotional readiness. ID must be shown at your patch test if you look under 30.
12. DESIGN APPROVAL POLICY
Before the tattooing process begins I will carefully map out the shape and once you’re completely happy, the treatment will start.
Once finished you’ll be handed a mirror and asked to stand and check your brows / lips. This is your opportunity to ask for any final adjustments.
Once you have left the studio the healing process has already begun and no further changes can be made until the area has fully healed.
Please keep in mind that you get ONE complimentary touch up as a new client. If you require a touch up after a colour boost it will be charged as a fresh tattoo.
