TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions outline the agreement between us. By booking you are agreeing to these policies. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand and agree. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failing to give sufficient notice or missing your appointment will result in your booking fee being retained. Clients who reschedule more than three times will not be rebooked.
BOOKING FEE
When making a booking I trust that you will have considered your circumstances and are able to commit fully to following through with the treatment/s.
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Dates will not be confirmed until this fee is paid. The booking fee will go toward the total cost of your service.
If you decide to cancel your appointment and/or not rebook due to unforeseen circumstances or a change of heart the booking fee with be retained, so please bare this in mind before you go ahead.
RESPONSE TIMES
Replies to messages can take up to 72 hours, I have a dedicated work phone that is turned off outside of working hours to maintain a healthy balance.
POST TREATMENT GUIDANCE
During the healing process, please refrain from reaching out to me with updates or constant reassurance and refer back to the detailed aftercare you’ve been provided with. In the rare event of an allergic reaction (which has never occurred in my 8 years of practice), please seek medical advice and let me know so that I can update your records accordingly.
TIMINGS
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled. Please plan ahead to avoid delays. If you are early please wait in your car until your scheduled time.
PLEASE COME ALONE
I am unable to accommodate children or extra guests during appointments. This time is for you, and I want the focus to be fully on your treatment without distractions. Please make childcare arrangements in advance and attend alone to ensure you can relax and get the most out of your appointment.
DISCLAIMER
I reserve the right to refuse service if:
• You are indecisive or request work that doesn’t align with my standards such as asking for brows that are trendy but do not suit your bone structure, too thick or too dark for your skin tone.
• Pre-care/aftercare instructions are not followed.
• You disclose a medical condition at the last minute.
In these cases, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new fee will be required to rebook if I feel that you are suitable for the treatment.
PARKING
Parking is usually available on the driveway. If parking on the road, do not block any driveways, including mine.
LOCATION
I work from my licensed home based studio based in King’s Lynn Norfolk, my address will be sent to you in your confirmation message.
ZERO TOLERANCE
I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR… Disrespect.
Open, honest communication is required between us. Please address any concerns directly with me. Speaking negatively about me to others will result in you being permanently banned. In 8 years this rarely happens but this part of the policy is in place to ensure safe and respectful relationships are maintained. I put my whole heart into my work and I believe in fairness but I do not give second chances in these situations.
ADDITIONAL RETOUCHES
Any additional retouches beyond the initial treatment/s will incur a fee of £50-£75, depending on the service required. Free treatments will not be provided under ANY circumstances.
Results vary based on 10% individual circumstances and 90% your commitment to following the pre-care and aftercare instructions provided. It is your responsibility to adhere to these guidelines to achieve the best possible outcome.
